restroom Access Act
The Restroom Access Act, also known as Ally's Law, requires retail businesses to allow customers with certain medical conditions (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome and medical conditions that requires use of an ostomy device) use of the employee bathroom when public restrooms are not available. The following states have adapted the Restroom Access Act, with each state setting specific legislation.
